Description
Commercial Real Estate Company is seeking an experienced Maintenance Engineer to join their team in the St. Petersburg, FL area.
Individual responsible for daily maintenance upkeep of 2 medical office buildings, servicing work orders, checking common areas, monitoring EMS systems, replacing ceiling tile, plumbing, changing light bulbs, ballast, painting and other general building repairs.
Individual should be self-starter, customer service oriented and available on call 24/7.
Company requires credit, drug and criminal background screening on all employees.
